To lodge a submission on a proposed Plan Change or Variation to a Change, you may download, complete and return the applicable forms (original submission OR further submission) to us.
This form is used only to support or oppose an original submission. It is used later in the decision-making process.
It is not mandatory to use our forms, although we do prefer it.
Your submission must be in writing and provide the necessary information as indicated on the forms, e.g. what is supported or opposed, the reason why and the decision sought.
You must also include full contact details.
We can't accept a submission that does not clearly indicate what you want the Council to do.
For example:
If you want us to make changes to proposals, we encourage you to be as specific as possible.
All comments must relate specifically to the Plan Change under discussion.
Otherwise, the submission may be considered ‘out of scope’ and may not be considered further.
