Our region has so many places to have fun! Find sportsgrounds, playgrounds and boat launching ramps on our Recreation map.
Tasman District Council supports the cultural life of our region by providing libraries, museums, community halls and rec centres, and... okay the public toilets aren't really cultural, but we all appreciate them.
These maps show walk and cycle paths that link the town between streets and via parks, as well as information on the facilities and key destinations.
We encourage all communities to walk or cycle for short trips.

Once you have opened the map, select the layers icon and choose recreation. Biking tracks are included in this set.
You can also view the network of tracks in our region on the Outdoor Access maps. Switch on the Tracks and Trails layer and zoom in on our region to check them out.
This map shows you where (and when) you can (and can't) exercise your dog in Tasman.
We have four webcams to let you check conditions around the region. The timelapse feature is pretty cool too.
