The 2020/2021 rates are based on information the Council currently holds. Actual rates charged could differ from these estimates.

Rates are set at 30 June each year so the data (capital value/ land value/ improvement/ rates etc.) reflects the factors as at 30 June. If you make changes to your property - for example, if you build a house on your property during the year - this will only impact your rates from the following July.
