Migrants, refugees and anyone else who’s decided to make the Nelson and Tasman area your new home, the Positive Settlement Expo is especially for you.
We realise that it’s not always easy to meet new people or have your questions answered by various local agencies during the work week, so we’ve organised the expo at Saxton Oval on Sunday 26 March from 2.00 pm.
Enjoy free and affordable food and drinks, meet foreign-speaking locals, cultural groups and communities, and learn how organisations can help you settle.
The Positive Settlement Expo is brought to you collaboratively by Citizens Advice Bureau Nelson Tasman, Welcoming Communities Nelson and Tasman, Multicultural Nelson Tasman, Tasman District Council and Nelson City Council.
