We installed a new water supply system in the north-west urban area of Motueka. The work included installing new water pipes, meter boxes, valves and hydrants in portions of the following streets:
We also installed a watermain from the new Motueka Library site on Wallace Street, along the service lane to Tudor Street and on to the corner of High Street.
These installations have enhanced drinking water supply in the area, provided new points for water connection and ensure there is sufficient water flows for firefighting.
