We're installing a new water supply system in the north-west urban area of Motueka. The work includes installing new water pipes, meter boxes, valves and hydrants in portions of the following streets:
Note: Dates given are indicative start and finish dates and are subject to change:
These installations will enhance drinking water supply in the area, provide new points for water connection and ensure there is sufficient water flows for firefighting.
The work will cause disruption on the road and footpaths. Speed restrictions will be in place and stop-go traffic management may be required at times. There may also be times when vehicle access to properties is temporally unavailable, however, the contractor will liaise with residents directly to minimise any inconvenience. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during this work.
If you have any concerns or special access requirements to a property in the works area, please contact the contractor's representative, Andy Smith, phone 027-558 8365.
