Inch coastal permits to erect jetty, Riwaka - reapplication

The Tasman District Council has received applications for resource consent as detailed below.  The applications and supporting information may be examined in the main office of the Council (Richmond), the Motueka Office, the Golden Bay Office and the Murchison Office during normal office hours.

Note: This application was publicly notified on 5 December 2015. The process was suspended by the applicant on 18 February 2016. The application has subsequently been amended and is now being re-notified.
The applicant has shifted the location of the proposed jetty, and amended the construction methodology and proposed additional mitigation measures including landscaping and wetland enhancement.
