Applications awaiting hearings

Details of resource consent applications that the Council publicly notified once the submission period has ended.

These applications are closed to submissions, and are either awaiting a hearing or are in hearing.

You can view the documents for these applications - such as the Council planner report or the applicant's evidence - before the hearing.

Once the hearing is closed then the page for the application is moved to the Awaiting Decisions page.

Status: The applicant asked for the Council to suspend processing to provide more information on proposed gravel take envelopes.

Status: The hearing before independent commissioner Sharon McGarry started Tuesday 19 March at 10:00am, and continues on Wednesday 20 March.

Status: Our processing of the applications for replacement resource consents for Bell Island Wastewater Treatment Plant is on hold until 1 May 2019.

Status: The applicant submitted a cultural impact assessment on 10 December 2018 and asked the Council to organise a hearing. Once we have set a date for the hearing we will notify everyone.
