Information you will need

Before completing this form, please ensure you have:

The name of the property's current owner
The address of the property
The legal description of the property, also known as the Lot and DP number. For example, "Lot 1 DP100".
Search for the Legal Description online
A copy of the Record of Title that is less than three months old. (Or, we can provide this for you for a fee.)

After completing the form, you will also need to pay the LIM fee, either online or in person. Full instructions for payment will follow.

Note on Records of Title

We only require the first few pages of a Record of Title:

Title number
Legal description, and
Survey plan.

Full encumbrances and body corporate details are not required. If you are unsure, please contact us.
