If you are considering purchasing a property in the Tasman District we recommend getting a LIM before finalising the purchase.

The LIM will detail everything that Council has on record about a property, and it'll be reviewed by specialist staff to ensure we've included all relevant information for you.

A LIM can take up to ten working days to deliver, although we do aim to complete the work in the shortest timeframe possible.

Tasman District Council is a Unitary Authority, meaning that both Regional Council and District Council information is included in your LIM - so it's very thorough.
