Tasman District Council is replacing its Gambling Venues Policy 2010 and sought public feedback on a proposed draft Gambling Venues Policy 2019 (draft policy).
The consultation has been colsed. A report detailing the feedback will be collated and presented to a future council meeting.

The proposed Draft Policy is intended to provide a level of control that will minimise harmful gambling associated with class 4 gaming machines (sometimes called pokies) in the district. The draft Policy is administered by Council.
Submissions close 4.30pm on Friday 13 September 2019.
