These groups help residents and local communities connect with us to make positive changes.

Golden Bay community board

Golden Bay has a separately elected board who work with us closely to help their community prosper.

Motueka community board

Motueka has a separately elected board who work with us closely to help their community prosper.

Mapua waterfront working group

A forum for Mapua businesses and community to help guide development of the waterfront area, in line with the master plan.

Motueka aerodrome advisory group

This group works with us to help develop and manage of aerodrome operations.

Port Tarakohe advisory group

Port users and the wider community provide advice and guidance on the use and future for the Port.

Takaka Aerodrome user group

This group works with us to help develop and manage of aerodrome operations.

Fresh water and land advisory groups (FLAGs)

We partner with local groups to help manage water and land resources in the District.

Positive Ageing Forum

The Nelson Tasman Positive Ageing Forum's role is to provide an opportunity for older persons and agencies who work for and with them to enable residents of Nelson Tasman to age positively.
